I watched a apocalyptic thriller movie last night. That has me wondering )1 how real is a cyber attack?(2 what do we have to defend/ retaliate with.(3 have we done any experiments with weightless human reproduction?? I shure would of liked to be in that first NASA meeting when they broached the topic with some female candidates. and that's got me wondering about the actual "act" in a weightless environment ___________________ "the world doesn't end til yer dead, 'til then there's more beatin's in store, stand it like a man, and give some back" Al Swearengen

That should get a Challenge Coin for bragging rights in the Mile High Club! I'd almost bet it has already been done. The “POLICE" Their job Is To Save Your Ass, Not Kiss It The muzzle end of a .45 pretty much says "go away" in any language - Clint Smith

There was a married couple on the space shuttle once. I thought they did it on purpose. They talked about various experiments they were running on that mission - bees polinating flowers, flowers germinating, etc. Turns out, officially at least, the couple kept their marriage a secret. They didn't tell NASA they got hitched, since they had a policy against sending husband/wife to space together. I would bet good money they had some 'special together time' up there. Off the record, of course. The first 'sex in space' was probably done in the early shuttle years (at least between a man and woman). IIRC, the shuttle was the first spacecraft that sent mixed gender crews to orbit (the first Soviet cosmonaut, Valentina Tereshkova, went in a solo capsule in 1963). A quick google indicates the Soviets didn't send women into space with men until the mid 1980s. Astronauts are typically Type A people - they LOVE being 'first' in anything. Even if they couldn't go public about it (at least for a while). Fear God and Dread Nought Admiral of the Fleet Sir Jacky Fisher

Nah, that has little to do with astronauts. My guess is "ISS" (as in the space station). Though I do seem to recall seeing one recently involving a space station and a dude alone at some Arctic research station. Fuzzy on the details of that one though. "The Midnight Sky" maybe? Ugh....reading comprehension is apparently a perishable skill. _______________________________ The artist formerly known as AllenInWV

Sex in Space?? Sounds like a cheap porn movie. I would have thought that it would be difficult to find that kind of privacy in space.... This discounts the possibility of a combination of voyeurs and exhibitionists..... (Sorry for the digression...)

1. Happens daily, the appropriate question is where do we anticipate and harden security and defenses 2. An entire portion of the defense network working 24/7. The night of the us military. Most folks will never realize the war that wages in the cyber world daily. And hopefully it never stops. Stopping has meant something BAD has happened. 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!
