I was going to recommend Wheat Montana products. They grow their own non-GMO wheat, and were locally owned. But I just checked, and they are now owned by a holding company out of Chicago, so maybe we will be going to plan B... Previously, their flours were excellent, and even though we are in OK, we could order on-line from WalMart.
