JALLENFBI Prosecution Declined
Among the items on the DOJ OIG website today we find:
quote:
August 6, 2018
Investigative Summary: Findings of Misconduct by an FBI Special Agent for Receiving Gifts from a Former FBI Confidential Human Source, Using the Source After Deactivation, Protecting the Source and the Source’s Illegal Business, Misusing FBI Assets for Personal Gain, Lack of Candor, and Computer Security Policy Violations
The report is even worse.
OIG ReportGuess what?

P210After reading Jallen’s post I decided to look at what else the OIG page reveals and it isn’t at all flattering as far as either the FBI’s image as squeaky clean or it’s willingness to prosecute it’s wayward personnel. Prosecution declined seems to be the norm, apparently, and it would appear that the bad apples have been taking full advantage.
