Title says it all. At my company (hospital) we are noticing that when we are trying to reach people on call, some people seem to never get a ring, it goes straight to VM. Problematic enough, but then the damn VM doesn't show, sometimes for hours.

We've reviewed ll of the new Focus features etc I think we're past it being a user issue. It does seem to track closer to users who are on AT&T vs. Verizon. I've googled around. Not seeing anything that we can do. Is anyone else noticing this? If so, Verizon or AT&T specific???

My voicemails are often delayed. Sometimes as long as a day. I don't think I ever I ever miss calls though.

I've had that problem on and off for years. Not a new problem.

On T-Moble, happened with my fathers phone, all of a sudden everything was being directed to vm, texts were being suppressed, normally it's him turning down he volume, but that wasn't the case, Read where the FOCUS issue is a problem.

Had him reset the phone yesterday and it seems to have cleared up the issue. Appear it's possibly an Apple issue not carrier related

Intermittent problems with delayed voice mail for years. AT&T.

AT&T here. I too get delayed VMs on occasion. Sometimes I get a delayed VM but the phone never rang. This behavior all started less than a year ago on my Samsung S6, but not with enough frequency to make any service or phone changes.

Yep, have had the delayed ATT voice mail issue for years, sometimes I'll get voice mails after a couple of months.

Verizon user...

A few months ago:
Had several VM's all of a sudden appear one day (after a refresh). I think the oldest was three days old.

After this happened, whenever there was a missed call, I'd refresh the VM and if they had left a msg, it'd appear.
Ended up restarting phone... I thought this worked as it started too, then it started doing it again.
Restarted it again and still kept happening intermittently.

Then there was an update one day and this resolved the problem.
Has been fine since.

Until yesterday!
The day before there was an update, so I figure their update is causing it to happen again.

I've only had ATT for a year and a half but I've never had missed calls or delayed VMs in that time.

Wow, I thought this was only happening to me.
