Wife and I wake up too early (5am) since she was diagnosed with diabetes and changed her diet.
I wake up with her and play with my Xbox while she works. She has started enjoying her Samsung earbuds Pro to listen to music. She used to hate earbuds, now she enjoys them daily.

Have tried unsuccessfully to use earbuds/phones with my Yamaha Receiver. Apple and Samsung BT thingies refuse to work quoting HDMI/Copyrighted material. Doesn´t make any sense to me. Ear phones are probably the most available and popular type of headphones.

I use Chinese cheap earphones but they keep disconnecting. I sit 10 feet in front the receiver/Xbox. The AVR is boxed in in a piece of furniture hence me asking about an extension that will allow a clear LOS with the earphones.

Likely someone has experienced this and can suggest a fix, Don`t want a wired or over ear solution, would like to remain easily reachable if wife needs me.

AVR has it´s own built in adapter and two short Wifi/BT antennas at the back. They are the kind you can unscrew and replace by another.
