I have 3 cats and one does the exact same thing!

My cat pees on them. He is really good about only using the litterbox normally, but if I leave a bag out he will pee on it and anything around it guaranteed. I don't know what it is about them, but it apparently drives him crazy.

I have a cat who will lick and gnaw on my fingers and hands if I have washed anything with a bleach mixture and the scent stays on my hands.

My cat did the same thing. She would lick and bite all types of plastic bags. She wound up getting a cancerous lesion in her mouth and had to be put down. Granted she was 18, but I do not think it was a coincidence.

Mine..not so infatuated with the plastic bags but loves the paper bags, just keep your hands or feet away when he's bag-diving! I snapped this image at a distance
