I'm looking for a good set of wireless headphones with a microphone that's compatible with a Playstation 4. I'll be buying it as a gift for a family member. I know nothing about the PS4 but have heard that I need something specifically compatible with PS4 platform and not regular Bluetooth headphones. Anyway, if any PS4 users have recommendations, please let me know. They don't need to be fancy, just wireless and reliable. I'm not too concerned with the price. Thanks.

The PlayStation branded Gold headphones are good, easy to use, good sound and battery life. I think a great choice for the money vs performance.

Also I have some Astros, they are pricey, but they are awesome.

Sony Gold work just fine. Seen them on sale around 59. For better you will pay a lot more.
