I can’t imagine his pants staying up all day waiting for that moment to drop in front of the whole audience.

They probably put that Tux on him back stage. He's a washed up hack of an actor that they pay to claim on stage and say stuff.

Show up, put on loaner tux from props, go on stage and read card and prompter, ... check is in the mail.

Like many here, I watched the original three SW films and I have largely forgotten about them. But I always considered Hamill's acting as horrible, just a huge step down from all others around him. And of course his lack of acting chops landed him basically zero roles outside the SW universe, unlike his co-stars. And he has become insufferable with his TDS, he and DeNiro, both deranged idiots.

You've got to be a functioning slob, that your trousers are so loose they tumble-off your body. No belt, didn't button-up the waist, no zipper usage whatsoever...what were you doing back there Mark?

Maybe there was more going on behind the podium than we could see.

I hope you have enjoyed this as much as I have.

Unlike some here, I liked Mark Hamill for many years but, like most, I've been disappointed in how he's gone off the deep end in recent years. Maybe portraying a homicidal maniac for over 30 years has affected more than his bank account?

Speaking of which, he recognized his strengths and weaknesses long ago and focused on voice acting, where he excelled. He has about 375 acting credits on IMDB.com, with well over half being voice acting, including doing the voice of Joker in over 25 productions or TV series in addition to numerous Star Wars-related productions.

Too bad I wasn't there to help him out. I've got a cordless staple gun that would have fixed him right up.

saw the first movie, (episode IV) 7 times in the theater,
I was 14,

watched the first 3 many times afterwards

the prequels sucked
the last 3 sucked,

and now, when I watch the first 3 (Ep IV V and VI) I see Luke as a whiney bitch,

That was the staple of WestPac entertainment while floating on the Indian Ocean. I think everyone was waiting for the final scene where the shot panned out to finally show the leading actress’ bowed legs.
