Where are SFers going to watch election returns? Pisses at FNC
So that’s the question: After Fox News’ performance in 2020, I would like a good, solid election results program, hopefully with at least one person who is funny. All-In podcast is doing a livestream. Who do you think will be best to watch, with no douchebaggery?

As the Bard would say, there's small choice in rotten apples.

Fox, it is. For me, anyway.

Roll Eyes Nobody is ever going to be perfect. You might try Newsmax. They have no "straw" liberals of the Jessica Tarlov type.

I've already early-voted and am not going to sit glued to the TV in any case.

Going to bed at my regular time, not watching the news.

Will get the results in the morning.

I don't think Alaska will be in, but the rest should.

I lost all respect for Karl Rove in 2012 and every election my disdain increases for his bloviating. I can no longer stomach it.

This article does NOT list Rove being an election night commentator so I'll give Fox a try. If the gas bag shows up I'll tune out.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

To be honest, anything other than fox.
I will probably be here at for updates. Other than that I will try to do something productive.

I remember several Fox people remarking about the cheating during the 2020 election coverage, then later saying there was none. I can't forgive them for that betrayal, no-doubt caused by pressure from the owners.

Having said that, the rest are many times worse, even, so it's Fox for me as well.

Really sucks!

I might click on DDHQ for results, but watching? None. Can no longer stand the endless yapping from any talking heads. No broadcast TV or cable news or livestream or podcast or whatever. Can't even stand any yapping on AM Talk Radios anymore.

I'll be following online. Most likely the Daily Wire. Maybe Stephen Crowder. Who can say? Maybe I'll just watch a movie. The Deer Hunter perhaps.

Every now and then it’s fun to watch the enemy. I just remember the on-air meltdowns at CNN and MSNBC when Trump beat Hillary. Nothing will be so monumental in this midterm, but there may be some fun if Sullivan beats Peltola and Decoy Dan in the Alaska race for US Senate or if El-Sayed in Michigan goes down harder than a 2 bit hooker during Mardi Gras.

Won't watch anything. I might log on SF, but for final results the next day.

I can wait until the next morning. I have no control over the election so I can wait. Don't take that as I am not rooting for Rs.

Bill Hemmer on Fox is good, Brett Baier not so good. Will switch between Fox and Newsmanx.

In the past, I have stayed up late to see the "results".....only to find that the "results" changed by the next morning....So nope, I'll not lose sleep over anything that any media tells me...."time will tell"...

IMO....Politics and Spectator Sports are looking almost the same.... I'll not lose sleep over either. JMO...
