There's a 2K vote difference out of 650K votes with 26% reporting.

Fairfax 10% reported, Alexandria and Arlington around 20% reported.

I can already predict the winner those counties will be 70-30 for Northam.

No offense to our members living there, and I love Virginia, but it's time to admit the obvious - Virginia is a deep blue state now. Voted twice for Obama and last time for Hillary. It is what it is - the dems have taken over northern Virginia and flipped the state.
