I grew up living near an Indian reservation in North Idaho. The local police got a call about some naked guy laying on the river bank on the edge of the reservation.

LEO responded and found a man staked out and had been emasculated with a rusty tin can lid.

Seems the dirt bag had raped one of the young Indian girls there on the river bank.

Karma struck quickly since the perpetrator was very easily identified.

As I recall, he survived which would seem to be poetic justice
