Howdy, friends.

A friend had commissioned a pedal from me. It's a clone of a Klon Centaur. An iconic pedal and if you look on reverb.com (here's one - $80 shipping, can you believe that???) you'll see why he commissioned me to build one instead of just picking one up.

When I order PCBs they come in threes so I'm giving one of the extras away.

Here is a quick video of the one that I built for him:


I haven't decided on the enclosure yet so I'll run the karma picker when it's completed. It probably won't be engraved like the one in the video.

I'm a ways away from needing any pedals, hopefully by the end of this year I'll be able to play through an easy song without tripping over my own fingers

And, really, really cool that you build pedals! I have a Rockett Archer (it's a "silver Klone") that I thoroughly enjoy, both as a clean boost and as an OD. You deserve a chance, too. of course with the Rockett Archer this would be a bit redundant.

Hey Joe, where's your mask? Where's your doubled up mask uncle Joe?

I’d love to enter for my 30 yr old son. I know he’d be impressed. He plays pretty good but doesn’t have confidence to play in a band. I wish at least he’d jam with ppl. Pretty soon, Joe will send you a check for it. Is $1400 enough?

Please count me in on this one. I don’t play the guitar but a former boss of mine for 20 years does and he collects and uses a lot of pedals. This would be a nice gift for him.
