bushpilotGreat news for vets in Arkansas
The Republican Legislature and the Republican Governor just passed a bill to give Disabled Veterans a free lifetime hunting and fishing license with duck and trout stamps. This is in addition to the zero property taxes and vehicle license plates for disabled vets.
Too bad the swamp can't get things like this passed.

But, you obviously do not understand. The swamp has no desire, inclination, to even recognize our veterans! They look down their noses at those who have honorably worn the uniform of this nation! And take every opportunity to criticize and denigrate them.
I have 2 veterans in my family. Both grandsons. One medically retired, the other listed at 100% disabled, Green Beret, who continues to resist retirement. He was "blown up" in an IED event, then after multiple surgeries, returned to duty and was shot in the face by an insider. He refused the Silver Star award on 4 different occasions, saying he had done nothing that any of the other team members would not have done. To say I am proud of both of them would be an understatement.
Our vets deserve so much more than what the lame stream media and anti-American assholes hand out every day.

My first thought also.
Some of the other areas make the state a very appealing place to consider retiring at.

bushpilotThanks Rogue, I have been away from the forum for the last day or so. Was at the state house talking to the legislators.
