After spending a couple of weeks looking online at used skid steers and used Kubota tractors. To no great avail. Having given up on a new Side X side due to availability. I had some communication with one of the dealers I had previously talked with. He will do a deal on a 2021 Polaris 570 mid size crew cab with a "K" winch for $12.2k. No top, windshield, cab or power steering. OTD price. I think the 570 unit is more than enough power for my needs. It is a proven power plant. The 4 seat crew is handy. Not so much for the seating but space. The longer wheel base is both good and bad. I will need to purchase a snow plow. Which is my main need. Along with hauling chain saws and wood. I sold a couple of units I had that I was glad to move on from. Hopefully to start fresh with a new unit. I can add accessories as I need. There are a lot of affordable aftermarket products available other than the ridiculously expensive factory stuff. I know Polaris has had its issues. But by in large they do a pretty far job on their rigs. Dealer support is decent or better around here. My second and third choice is Kawasaki and Honda. But have had little success in finding something. And even in a two seater both would be significantly higher in price with a winch. Please chime in on some thought or feedback. Thanks guys and gals. Polaris 570 midsize should be fine and that's a good price. I had a 500 FI midsize and it had plenty of power and speed. What I *didn't* like about it was the Hilliard AWD system Polaris used in it. Hopefully Polaris went to a more conventional system. Mine didn't have PS and it steered easily without it. No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride.

My dad just got his Mule Pro Ranch yesterday. Smooth running & riding utv. He upgraded from a std Mule. Wasn't intending on the Ranch Ed, but his dealer said it was an unknown wait for the more basic 4 seater Mule. Dealer had a half dozen people wanting to buy (and offering over msrp) it between the deal being done & my dad picking it up. The Enemy's gate is down.
