SigmundCurrent video about Minuteman ICBMs at FE Waren AFB in WY
It's pretty good, 14 minutes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llOLPniC8rIBack in 1982 I got a tour of an operational launch control center of the now closed 44SMW at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City SD, it was impressive.
These inactive sites are open for tourists:

TMatsThanks for posting this. Our place is out east of Cheyenne and the Hueys from Warren pass by overhead daily. I watched with interest to see if I could spot any of the officers I’ve become acquainted with because of my involvement with CFD—no joy.

They will soon be converting to the MH-139.

Very well aware.
I’ll add: when they’re at relatively high flight level, you can hear them approaching for miles—that familiar “wop-wop-wop” of the two-blade main rotor. I think we’ll be a bit surprised when an MH-139 shows up overhead.
Were also on the approach to the airport for WyoANG’s C-130s. I’ve always been amazed at how quiet they are. They are almost right overhead before I hear them.
Helos too
