He was originally charged with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene, hiding the body, etc., last September.

But no, evidence later shows that this sick bastard ran her over intentionally to have sex with the body. He had even researched "How to" online.

I just can't fathom the the depth of the depravity required to commit this.

They aren't entertaining, nobody changes their world view, nobody changes the way they live, etc.
