My wife introduced me to the concept of "freezer garbage." Certain stuff goes into one of the plastic bags that the grocery store uses, and into the freezer. It comes out of the freezer and into the garbage bin on trash pickup day, maybe an hour or two before the truck comes down the street.

That's what I was thinking, good lord ! First, this is a rednick thing. Second, if our friend IS a bona fide member of that community, it is probably working for him. Third, I have lots of respect for all good rednecks, and if this techniquie IS working for him, then he demands our respect, even though if anyone else did this, it would otherwise end in disaster. That's the best way I can figure this.
