I agree with Fly-Sig's posting. This Administration has already floated the idea if they win the election of a federal tax on "unrealized capital gains" which could certainly impact the holders of 401ks and IRAs. I think the Dems are perfectly willing to come after retirement assets. I believe much has been proposed by British politicians on the left.
