Dogs haven't been the issue, one of the horses seems to think he is a porcupine whisperer

. About once a week we are pulling nettles out of his nose!

We don't have them around here. The only one I've seen was out in Colorado, dead along the road.

A good porky.

ubelongoutsideAfter what they did to my hunting blind I set a live trap with lettuce in it every trip to the property. Wish I could catch more than one at a time as they're thick at the property. Promptly dispatched and collect some quills. Not sure what I'll do with them other than make quill floats.
If you have anything built with plywood they'll destroy it.

old rugged crossHey D, you do know if you snip the end of the quill off it pulls out much easier and is less painful for the recipient, right
