Second generation career USN. My son was a Navy Corpsman and saw combat in the First Gulf War with Marine Recon. I would like to nominate him.

Had a grandfather in WW 1 & 2, father in WW2 (Pacific), brother Vietnam era.

This photo is from the NIH archives, not sure why they have it.
My Grandfather is the last guy you can see on the right. The title NATOUSA isn't today's NATO, it's North Africa Theater of Operations.

Please and thank you. My son is still serving. He's at Fort Gordon now and was hoping to get assigned to Alaska or Italy, but they told him since he came from Bragg, he's going back to Bragg when he's done with his new training. lol.

Or Fort Liberty, whatever it's called. It'll always be Fort Bragg to me.
