I think this is a prime example of a team with a quarterback and a team with a few running backs. The team with the quarterback is clearly winning.

Another bright shining example of how playing not to lose will cost you the win.

Tua is such a great kid. His interview after the game...Wow, true freshman. Humble and thanking his teammates.

Hurts showing class as well. What a great effort all around to get back in this game and win it.

OT was exciting. Tagovailoa has a lot of moxy.

Georgia’s CB #14 got torched all night including the OT TD.

Congrats to Bama and Saban (#6 Championship)

That game sucked until they brought in Tua. Il never understand teams that start QBs that can't throw. Turned out to be a good game.

Hurts is 25-2 as a starter.

Those 2 smart quite a bit... and if he kept playing it would likely have been 25-3 with 2 National Championship losses.

Thanks saved the day for Bama (with help) but I don’t see Hurts leading them back to a win.

I enjoyed the game.
I was pulling for the Bulldogs (a bit tired of Alabama) but mostly just wanted to watch a good college football game.

Georgia was in a pretty good place until they couldn't move the ball in the 2nd half.
Bad play-calling and the Tide defense clamping down.
Oh, and the Tide seemed to get a bit of help from the refs at critical points.

That one tackle looked like a horse-collar, and I think it was the same guy (#48 Tide defense) that punched a player, but wasn't thrown out of the game. Same player seemed to go after a Tide team mate or coach on the sidelines, too. Punk.

But hey, overtime! Not bad!

ETA...yeah, that was gutsy pulling Hurts in the 2nd half and putting a freshman in that game.
Both Tide quarterbacks gave great interviews after the game and showed some class.
