Easy to find mortgage calculators online that after entering the variables gives the monthly payment result. But what I am looking for is a calculator that after entering my variables gives the result of the term (months/years). For example: if enter apr, loan amount, monthly payment = how long to pay off. Thanks !

Go to https://www.ramseysolutions.co...ge-payoff-calculator Since you want to use APR, current loan amount, and monthly payment amount, click the blue "Use current balance" button on the left side. Then fill in the boxes, and click Continue. From there, it will show you your expected payoff date. It'll then let you mess around with testing how paying different amounts extra towards principal will affect your payoff date and total interest savings.
