hudrRumbleon motorcycle sales website questions/opinions/experiences?
Pretty sure I already know the answer to these questions, but...
Has anyone sold a bike on Rumbleon?
How did their offer stack up?
Was the transaction as painless as they portray?
Is it worth it to avoid the scammers and tire kickers on Craigslist?

GWbikerNo first hand experience here, but they were posting on Facebook (Tucson) last year. They wanted vin numbers of bike prior to being sold to them.
Biggest complaint I saw on Facebook was Rumbleon offering sellers pennies on the dollar.

AH.74I can confirm a lowball offer when I was exploring a possible sale. It was not worth giving a second thought.

P250UA5Maybe try listing it on here first & see if another E TX local (or shipping) is interested?

That has crossed my mind, there have been some VERY interesting items pass through the classifieds.

FredwardI always had good luck with Cycle Trader. Good circulation, a choice of prices, and a fixed fee. 35 bucks used to get me a nice add with 3 pics.

calugoFrom what I've read Rumbleon will make an offer but a lowball offer. With that said it won't hurt to contact them and see for yourself what kind of offer they make.
Many dealerships will take a bike in on consignment and you pay them a fee to sell the bike for you usually 10-15%. Another option is cycletrader as someone already mentioned or you could join a discussion board for the brand of bike you want to sell. Most discussion boards have free classified sections were you can post a WTS add after registering. I belong to
www.advrider.com and have listed a couple items for sale.

Curious, but not in the market, minds wonder. What kind of bike is it?

racer313gIf you're considering selling to RumbleOn take your bike to a local dealer. Most will make you an offer to buy it and will beat the price offered by RumbleOn. RO is just shipping most bikes to one of several large auctions and local dealers end up buying them anyway. Support a local business.

Haven’t decided yet if I’m gonna sell. Even then I’d have to decide which one. I have a ‘12 Honda NC700x and a ‘16 HD Roadster
