ZSMICHAELPoor Customer Service Radian Weapons
Upon the suggestion of other SigForum members I ordered some items from them on Black Friday. My credit card was promptly charged. To date crickets. No notification of the order being recieved or shipped. NO response to two polite emails. No response to phone call.
If you would like to hear CCR FULL BLAST while on hold give them a call. It was different. Of course this was to be a Christmas gift.
Any thoughts or similar experiences?

shovelheadCall your credit card company and open a case explaining dates, times, attempts to get information on the shipment.
A chargeback will get their attention, especially if they have already shipped the items.

dry-flyI did not buy anything on Black Friday from Radian, but I have seen two or three apology letters online from Radian saying something to the affect that there is/was a processing problem, etc that’s caused a major backlog. Might have been on FB.

P210Their FaceBook page is filled with reports of similar experiences so there’s definitely some issue they don’t have a handle on, whatever it is. Good luck.

They don't seem to taking care of business.
Most credit card issuers do not allow merchants to charge your credit card before they ship. I could see a day or two but this is not right.
If they took your money weeks ago that is not a order processing problem. It a shipping the phantom product out problem.

arfmelAgree with the suggestion to call your credit card company for a chargeback. Maybe give something else for a Christmas gift. Radian doesn’t deserve your business.

I was thinking the same.
