It's been a while, but I felt like posting this again. This thread is for anyone who's going through the holidays after loss, grief, etc to share and come together.

Today should be my first son's thirteenth birthday. Hard to believe. A teenager.

To anyone who's going through a tough Christmas:
May you find peace and comfort during this Christmas Season. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I will say a prayer for you.
This will be the 2nd Christmas since cancer took my wife at age 61.
I plan to have a quiet day to remember her.

Fifth Holiday season without my late wife and best friend of 50 years…I’m beginning to despise holidays and everything that goes along with them…I understand your post my friend and offer a prayer for you.

Our second Christmas without my younger sister. She had been ill and disabled for a couple of years prior. I am blessed to be able to help care for her now 9 year old daughter (along with my husband). I can only imagine how hard it is for her. She is surrounded by love and support. Thoughts and prayers with you all.

First Christmas without my mom. Mom and dad were married 60 years and Christmas was a huge thing for my mom. Dad says he’s “fine”.
