SigmanicA Third of Young Millennials Are Confused About This Incontrovertible Fact
I rather hope this stat is wrong (seems like a credible source and Forbes had it too), but it wouldn't shock me if it wasn't. The education world is so jacked these days with "other" priorities that the fundamentals don't get the attention that they should. I would expect this from the Middle East or New Guinea, but not the US. This probably also explains why so many millennials seem to think that Socialism is a new concept. Maybe they should air reruns of Cosmos to enlighten folks.

Il Cattivo
You know, with their wonderfully airheaded sense of fairness, maybe they just didn't want to project their biases and preconceptions on the planet. That "sentient animate privilege" is such an intractable problem, you know.

ChanceYouGov is not an independent pollster. They are a survey research firm that pays survey respondents. I wouldn't be confident generalizing from their findings to the US as a whole.
This has more details.
