Badass and tasty too! One of my favorites when I am in Hong Kong. Go to the fresh fish market at Lei Yue Mun and pick the fresh catch. Have it cooked up right there on the dock. Fry them up with garlic and some noodles. It's all about clean living. Just do the right thing, and karma will help with the rest. | |||

Used to catch them in my shrimp trawl pretty regular, spiky things, but they taste like regular shrimp to me, kind of a pain to peel. | |||
