I’ve been buying Johnsonville brats for years Saw a new to me brand at the market today, Swaggerty’s Boiled them in some Yuengling and then on to the grill. Homemade sauerkraut and mustard toppings, the wife and daughter liked them much better than oh regular johnsonvilles. Billed and no fillers or preservatives, they are very good.

Swaggerty is one of my clients. We've done four projects for them, I personally did two expansions and a new kill floor for them several years ago.
Looking at another expansion project for them this week.

^^^^^^^^ Yuengling is not available here.
What other beer is good to use? I assume the ordinary mass market cheap beers would taste blah.

We always boiled in whatever beer we were drinking at the time. I think you could be overthinking this part.

Yep, has to have preservatives, probably misread that and it’s just no fillers
