Some ideas for me as an ex-chef and Army vet:

Pogey Bait: maybe a cappuccino or coffee with brownie chunks and pretzel pieces?


Big Green Machine: some kind of mint or pistachio to play off the green theme?


Hooah Heath Bar Crunch: some sort of vanilla with Heath bar pieces and something else crunchy?
