Woke up this morning and turned on Sirius. Everything looked different on the Mac tablet.

Yesterday was typical Sirius. Whether the tablet was in the horizontal or vertical position the homepage spun into the the correct position. Today the screen looks fucked up and locks in the vertical position.

Could this have been an overnight update for Sirius or possibly the result of an overnight Mac update? It does not seem very user friendly.

It’s a SiriusXM update. I stream on my Windows 10 PC at work. I dislike it very much. Give me back my old skin.

I got the update on my iPhone X yesterday.
I haven't had time to look it over, but first glance I don't like it.
My favorites are rearranged..

The update sucks!
You can't rewind from the beginning of a program, and none of the channel selectors work you have=e to enter your channel in the search bar.
I called and complained, they admit it was a flop.

Calling SiriusXM customer service is an ass whipping in itself..
I despise talking to them on the the phone..

Never again will I be a customer of Sirius XM. I thought I would never get rid of them, it took several phone calls to talk them into cancelling my service.

I finally talked them into cancelling by lying and saying that I no longer had a vehicle that could get the service but was planning on getting a new one in a month or so. Up until then it was an almost six month battle to cancel....every time they would tell me it was cancelled I would see a payment being charged the following month.

Biggest mistake I made was setting up automatic payments....once they have your card information they got you. Never again.

I understand a couple of you hate Sirius but I’m not listening to top 40 radio and nothing in life is perfect.

The issue at hand is the overnight update that has made Sirius less user friendly on a Mac tablet. Not sure why I have to turn my head sideways to read the page.

On the grand scale of having satellite radio since 2004, I have had very few problems.
Only issues was/is when I have to call their CS for a tuner number change or when I canceled my work radio because I started using the app.

Overall, I love the service and wouldn't want to do my job without it.
I drive in 4 states and listen to Bennington and Jason Ellis daily as well as several music channels.
Although I did like XM better than Siruis/XM.
Since Sirius 'took over' the company, they brought their DJs that ramble on between songs.

But it is much better than the days of finding FM stations from town to town or listening to the same 2000 songs on my MP3 player.

I still haven't had time to work with the app.
I'll get used to it, no matter what.

Received their email in April saying what my May credit card deduction would be, a month later the deduction happens and it's $9 higher that what the email said. They can't tell me why. When it runs out I am done, their customer service is terrible.

SiriusXM did another auto update this morning. Anyone notice anything different? Still looks like same sucky self. No volume control on the screen and no auto rotation.

All I know is I've stopped SiriusXM for over a year. In the last week, I noticed I have full SiriusXM on my car plus the traffic condition service. I first noticed the traffic condition service on my GPS, then I checked the satellite radio reception.

Does anyone know if this is like a promotion thing? I know I'm not on the hook for anything.

Holy crap. Why would they do this??

I have SiriusXM exclusively for Howard Stern...this update makes the app nearly unusable

SiriusXM is one in a long list of companies whose customer “service” personnel and policies are their own employer’s worst enemies. Including AT&T, Centurywest, Comcast, Verizon, the list goes on and on.
