When you wag your finger in a combative asshole's face you might escalate the situation. I am sure they both will learn a harsh lesson.

Two men facing each other in an argument. One punched, the other wasn't prepared but should have been.
Sucker punch is from behind or side-angle on an unaware opponent.
Glad they caught the guy. Would love to know the objective full story.

They didn't square off or touch gloves. Just because someone has a disagreement doesn't mean it's an automatic fight for both sides.
Apparently they argued back and forth for the better part of an entire football game. More than a simple disagreement.
Like I said I'm glad they caught the guy. His actions were definitely not called for.
But the other guy should have been more alert. We talk about situational awareness on here all the time. That guy didn't have any.

IndyRobNot a sucker punch IMO, the old dude was wagging that finger close enough to make contact with Douche Baggins.
Glad he got caught

CopefreeKyle is a little punk bitch. I was glad when I saw he was arrested earlier. He’s being absolutely *wrecked* online and that makes me smile.
Hopefully the victim makes the bitch’s life as miserable as possible.

bigdealGuess this must be more of the
"league's ability to unify and bring people together" Goodell has been blathering about.

Yet another example why civilized Americans should completely swear off this ridiculous thug show.

JimmyRayBobFrom what I have read, the guy wouldn't sit down for the entire game. I've been at football games where entitled pricks like that were in front of me... Refusing to sit down because "I paid for this seat". because Mommy and Daddy said I was special. I'm the only one that matters. Frickin' annoying.

His finger didn't look anywhere near his face.
That was a sucker punch if there ever was one.

Sig2340And people wonder why the NFL doesn't want to concealed handguns at games.

I also don't think its a sucker punch but it's a bitch move either way. He went back for a few more shots after the older dude was done, another bitch move.
Small tangent, in high school a classmate of mine got punched by a 19 or 20 year old in the school parking lot. As he fell backwards he hit his head on a parking curb and died. People don't seem to appreciate how easily you can kill someone during these senseless dick measuring contests.
I don't give a hoot about the NFL and situations like this make it even easier to avoid.

Just another rude asshole.

Not defending what happened, but pointing your finger in someone else's face and saying something to set them off might just...well...set them off.
I guess we can't have verbal arguments and finger pointing without being repeatedly punched in the face.

This asshole would have punched him without the finger wagging.

slabsides45After watching the vid, I didn't call that first lick a sucker punch, just a dick move against a way older person. I also don't think putting your finger that close to someone's face/body during a heated discussion is a wise move, but dingleberry needs to pay for that, especially since he went back several times to try to hit him again.
In my experience, a sucker punch is something I've always defined as striking someone else when they aren't looking (i.e., looking away from you). The old guy should have been looking for it, but none of that excuses the criminal behavior of the aggressor.

2012BOSS302Fan tryout days for the National Felons League, you need a solid assault record for some street-cred.
I say sucker punch and Kyle is going to find out the judge makes a distinction between finger pointing (who was not arrested) and assault (who has been arrested).

Punches a 62-year old man who's sitting down?
Aw, HECK no!

Uncalled for.

JALLENThis was the great thing about the Raiders moving to LA. After that, the LA fans would fight the Oakland fans, and leave the Charger fans alone.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown October 14, 2017, 10:45 AM
rtquigThis wasn't the first time this ass has assaulted someone. If correct, it sounds like this guy is a habitual offender.
http://www.tmz.com/2017/10/13/...fan-assault-history/The scumbag who socked out a 62-year-old man at a Carolina Panthers game has been arrested for assault, cops have confirmed.
The suspect is Kyle Adam Maraghy -- and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD says he's currently on his way to jail.
The CMPD says the 26-year-old is the man who was captured on video brutally attacking another man in the stands at Bank of America Stadium during Thursday Night Football.
We did some checking ... this ain't the first time Maraghy's been accused of violence.
He's been arrested for assault at least 2 times since 2013 -- and has claimed to be a victim in 2 other violent incidents. We're trying to find out if Maraghy was ever convicted.
