I remember:
Riding bicycles without wearing a helet and not dying when they wrecked. full service gas stations
Putting leaded gas in milk jugs
Burning household trash in barrel
The time before-video games when kids played outside all day

Sitting in the sun all day with a gallon of beer - what could possibly go wrong???

Buying a [paper] plane ticket out of the classified and not needing an ID to use it.

Walking onto an empty plane after all the passengers debarked and photographing where the pilot and co-pilot sat. No questions asked just told to stay out of the ground crew's way.
