P220 SmudgePerformers getting hit in the face with objects thrown by members of audience- I can't say I don't care...

Heck, one security guard felt a prick to his neck, went unconscious, and had to have Narcan administered.
For whatever reason, the new urban myth is people getting involuntarily injected with high power opioids and needing to be revived with Narcan the way it used to be razor blades in Halloween candy. It's supposedly been a problem in the UK in recent years. However, every time this comes up, there's no drug test to prove it. We even did a thread on this here recently with a female cop who went catatonic after touching something that she thought was covered with fentanyl and got two doses of Narcan. First responders use it like a five year old uses ketchup - it goes on everything. Found unconscious? Narcan. Confused and disoriented? Narcan. Smashed your thumb with a hammer putting up drywall? Narcan, then a scrip for oxycodone, then Narcan.
That security guard got beaned in the head with something hard someone threw ala the topic at hand, not injected in the neck with a mystery substance.

You're at greater risk for being attacked by a shark in broad daylight walking down a street somewhere in Oklahoma than you are someone walking up and giving you a hot dose of fentanyl with a needle in public.

BOATTRASH1Speaking of chicken wire I vaguely remember going to a late-night bar in AUBURN, AL that had chicken wire in front of the stage and in the men's room the urinal was a broken glass filled trough in the floor along the wall. Don't really remember much else for some reason.

RightwireWhat ever happened to the good old days of it just being panties and bras tossed on stage?
I worked security at a couple concerts (big names) at the county fair and I honestly wondered if any of the women left wearing any underwear at all

BB61I was at a Journey concert on the 1st. Crowd of around 50k and nothing was thrown. We had great seats, so we would have seen anything thrown.

PykerI can think of quite a few performers that I'd like to hit with blunt objects. Some of them even deserve it.
