Wrangling lone cows is far from enjoyable. I’ve had to do it a number of times. Most of the time you find the hole in their fence then surround them and they usually go back through and it’s not too bad. But sometimes they just don’t want to go back.
Pinned one between the front of my Tahoe and a fence post till we could get a rope on her and get her back home.
Another time one made it out to the interstate we tried for about 40 minutes to coral it off to the side of the interstate and would just not go back through the hole. Weather was awful and visibility was horrible. Could not risk it any longer getting back on the interstate and a vehicle striking it.
5 rounds from the AR to the head ended the risk.
