Moving on from my Epicurean Filipino breakfast omelette delight:

This is exceedingly awesome in its awesomely awesome awesomeness, am I right?

https://daintfood.com/meatball-boats/

"INGREDIENTS :

I used eight mini hoagie rolls for this recipe.
12 asiago cheese slices
Ground beef, 470 grams
2 CUP SAUCE (MARINARA)
An extra-large egg.
⅓ CUP BAKED BAKED BAKED BAKED BAKED BAKED BAKED BAKED
a quarter cup of parmesan cheese
1 big spoon garlic, minced
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 heaping spoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Season with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat the bottom and sides of a medium baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: I put the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley in a mixing bowl and mixed everything with my hands.

Step 3: After that, I seasoned the meatballs with sea salt and black pepper and began shaping them with an ice cream scoop.

Step 4: Next, I heated olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat for no more than one minute.

Step 5: Next, I placed the meatballs in the skillet one by one and cooked them for a maximum of 5 minutes until both sides were browned.

Step 6: After that, I moved the meatballs to the prepared pan, which had been lined with parchment paper, and roasted them for about 12 minutes.

Step 7: I cut an oval on the top of the roll, leaving about 12 inches on the ends and sides. I scooped the bottom half of the roll but didn’t cut into it.

Step 8: Using a knife, I hollowed out the end of the roll and placed it on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 9: I inserted 1 piece of cheese into the hollowed-out position at this stage. In the microwave, I cooked for another 8 minutes.

Step 10: I then put two big spoons into the mixture. On top of the cheese, there’s a layer of marinara sauce. I then put grated parmesan cheese on top of the marinara.

Step 11: I then put it back in the oven for another 8 minutes to bake."

From comments section: Add worcestershire and grated parmesan (or other hard cheeses) to your meatballs! You won't regret it.

And 'shrooms. It needs 'shrooms!

Uhoh. Edited to add quotes around the ingredient list and directions. That s a repost from the article at the link. My own effort to recreate that marvel of artery hardening goodness has not yet commenced. Apologies for ensuing confusion.

That looks great!!

Think I may tweak it a bit and instead of a hoagie roll use a baked potatoe skin. I’m always buying the football size Idaho #1 flakers

I would not mind biting into that. That looks delicious and filling.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Breadcrumbs?

I believe you are correct. Bread crumbs are listed in the directions but not the ingredient list.
