Boot Boys are originally skin head soccer hooligans from England who shaved or at least crew cut their hair and were know for wearing work boots/Doc Martins etc. However, they were definitely not Nazis. I had an interesting conversation about this and other sports related stuff a while back with an English mechanic we have. I'm guessing that the American skinheads have tried to co-opt it, but I suspect if he went to England he'd take a beating as we don't really have rabid soccer club fans here, and the Brits know it.
