Guess I picked a bad time to start a youtube gun channel.

Didn't they try this stuff before by blocking certain channels like Hickok45? Disgusting

A woman tried to do something about censoring and demonetization of her channel back in 2018.

As the old saying goes, you can't beat a man at their own game. There are other video platforms out there, but youtube is the king- for now. Things change, and the day may come when youtube is begging for content creators, gun people included.

I really hope you are right. All of the tech/social media censorship we have seen over these last few years has been disheartening. With any luck some of the other video platforms will improve their software.

What other platforms are firearm related channels moving to?

I've been following Taofledermaus for a while. They also employ other "workarounds", such as referring to firearms as "mass accelerators".

Its pretty obvious anyone connected to conservatism and firearm won't have a channel for long.
Those who remain making no effort to migrate could suffer the same loss of content others have. Back up and prepare ahead of time.

I watched the video as soon as they released it. Can’t say that I’m surprised by any of it anymore.

This really sucks. I have a few videos there on how to fix/assemble a few firearms. Anyone know how to save them to my hard drive?

Did you upload them from your own channel? If so, go to your creator's dashboard and there are options for each individual video that allow you to download them.

Cogressional hearings of Big Tech platforms were held last March. Were they going to hold Zuckerdorseypichai's feet to the fire to assure adherence to the First Amendment? Hardly.
quote:
When the CEOs of Facebook, Google and Twitter testify before Congress Thursday, March 25, the future of information flowing unchecked and unregulated across their platforms will be at stake. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey are scheduled to appear via teleconference before the House Energy and Commerce subcommittees on Communications and Technology, and Consumer Protection at Noon EDT. The hearing is titled Disinformation Nation: Social Media's Role in Promoting Extremism and Misinformation.
"Whether it be falsehoods about the COVID-19 vaccine or debunked claims of election fraud, these online platforms have allowed misinformation to spread, intensifying national crises with real-life, grim consequences for public health and safety. … This hearing will continue the Committee's work of holding online platforms accountable for the growing rise of misinformation and disinformation," the committee chairs said in a joint statement announcing the hearing.
When these assholes go to Congress, they get pressured to do MORE to suppress opinions contrary to the Marxist view now held by the Democrat party.

No, I sure didn't. They are just sitting there in my "favorites" folder. Not sure what to do..if anything.

Who could launch a site, which would actually hold the classical liberal side together?
I realize it’s the free market, but I don’t know how any of the different attempts are going to be able to fight the National Socialists.
Perhaps a firearms focused B corp launched by…. The NRA? A united group of the larger gun forums? (Actually, might not be a bad idea…) Another sponsored by the major denominations to host religious ones?
The political ones would be impossible.
Somehow monetize and pay all content makers at a very low level, to incentivize them moving, and then they can post clips to the Technocrats sites.

Bitchute instead maybe? Fledgling compared to the death star, but seems like they have some gun content at least.
"Live streams that feature someone holding or handling a firearm, regardless of whether or not they are firing it. Note: this does not include firearms in video games.
Live streams that feature someone transporting firearms from place to place, such as by carrying them or traveling with them by car, truck, or other vehicle. Note: this does not include firearms in video games."
Every time there is a police response being live streamed on CNN, Fox, MSLSD, etc. I intend to report it for violating the Policy.
