It would be great to see the bleeding heart leftists forced to reach into their own damn pockets to pay for their abortions, Obama phones, and social justice programs.

First off there's no contract stating such.

It stings when you face the truth but the reality is this Gofundme isn't going to put a dent in a God damn thing. The Democrats have tipped the scales in Congress and Gofundme will find any reason to forward the funds so they can collect their fee which isn't "just to cover the credit charges" as some uninformed post said earlier. They make A LOT of money praying off of the kindness and generosity of donors, so much in fact that they can pick and choose which political agendas to promote which lean heavily to the left.
Like I said, if you want to throw your money away to "make a statement," go right ahead. You can beat your chest when in actuality a wall will be built based upon the negotiations Trump agrees to.
It'll happen because my friend inside made it quite clear that Trump knows he needs to build a wall to secure a second term. No wall = failed term despite putting Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the bench (with Ginsberg nearing retirement/death).
But please, go ahead and donate your money to "make a statement." And as I said before, while your wallet's open I got a bridge to sell you.
P.S. To the post who stated "I thought Mexico was going to pay for this shit," here's a tidbit of wisdom: If you wait until someone agrees to your terms, they can delay indefinitely making you look weak for the duration. If you fund it yourself and stick them with the bill because they need you more than you need them, that's the definition of being a boss (or shot caller, Daddy, big swinging dick or whatever lingo connotating who dictates how things will be). *mic drop*

I was actually thinking about that, $25 a month so long as we can get the wall going and funding is needed. I didn't want to suggest that here, though, without a clear plan and direction.
We all recognize that these donations are more symbolic than practical in light of a $20+Bn construction cost estimate. What's significant to me is that nearly 110,000 of us in the last couple days feel strongly enough about this to back Trump with donations that we don't have to make -- at Christmas time as well!
My greatest hope for this campaign is that Washington's Democrats and Never Trumpers hear, Loud and Clear, that we want a wall, secure borders, and no illegal aliens.

My source of funds is from this morning's tax loss harvesting from my investment accounts. Now I have a loss that will reduce the amount of Federal Income tax that I owe for this year. So my donation is essentially money that Nancy Pelosi and her chums will not be getting. That gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside....
