What caught my attention the most was the lack of respect by the majority of the democrats. I saw talking, smirking and laughing, and one guy looked so bored his head was laid over on his hand.

Does anybody know if Pelosi tore up the official signed speech? The reason I ask is this has been making its rounds on FB:

Yeah, I’ve been seeing it non stop too.
It’s be cool if she did tear up the official one and got snagged for it. I’m only seeing this from people though, no official or conservative news source has been sharing it though.
