The only positive is that it showed he knows nothing about guns and will also show that he can’t just run down to the local sporting goods store and grab his pistol on the way out with his cooler.

Realistically it will have zero impact on him because he won’t go through the steps to even pick up his free gun.

Of course Gavvy was not going to get a P365 X-Macro. It is not on the CA handgun roster, and Shaun Ryan is not an immediate family member (parent, grandparent) to transfer a gun not on the roster, and showing the insane, absurd CA gun laws using the governor as an example. Ryan likely knew the outcome, good on him.
