| ^^^^^ lol Follow up: Had my final CT scan and eval at the outpatient trauma center. All three brain bleeds have been reabsorbed. Both concussions gone. Little sign of any injury. As to original cause, the going theory is Suffered an isolated vertigo event. Since I can’t remember anything about the fall nor circumstances leading to it, I can’t add more than speculation that I must have been putting something away down low and stood up fast while spinning on my heel. No idea though since no one saw the actual fall. Anyway, I am back in the saddle and cleared for normal life. Thanks all for well wishes and prayers.
