I hope they check for "orthostatic hypotension."

It is important to find root cause, and not focus on the fall and its injuries.

Last time I was in the hospital for myself was 1984 having been hit by a car on my bicycle. Strange things.
I will admit that I have never heard of a car riding a bicycle, strange indeed!

On a more serious note, hope you are on the mend.

Glad you're on the mend, DF.
The scary part is not remembering.

So don't worry about that $119 you owe me. Just focus on getting better. Wink

^^^^^ lol

Follow up:

Had my final CT scan and eval at the outpatient trauma center. All three brain bleeds have been reabsorbed. Both concussions gone. Little sign of any injury.

As to original cause, the going theory is Suffered an isolated vertigo event. Since I can’t remember anything about the fall nor circumstances leading to it, I can’t add more than speculation that I must have been putting something away down low and stood up fast while spinning on my heel. No idea though since no one saw the actual fall.

Anyway, I am back in the saddle and cleared for normal life. Thanks all for well wishes and prayers.
