Obery Hendricks, adjunct professor at Columbia University, told CBS News that Jesse Jackson's death "leaves a big, big hole in the world."

Would that be a black hole? Razz

Took a bit to find this one, and I am surprised that it is allowed to be up on YouTube.

Back in 1984, Jesse Jackson was caught using a racial/ethnic slur against Jews by referring to NYC as "Hymie Town". Eddie Murphy absolutely tore Jesse a new one with this song. This is one of the best ever from SNL.

Close your eyes, listen to Murphy's introduction to the song, and you could be hearing Mitch Mitch Hedburg.

Y'all been watching "The rev rund" celebration of life today? The bamster went full southern minister. Sleepy joe went the wrong way off the podium, of course. I didn't know until today that "The rev rund" was so perfect and angelic. I'm almost inspired to become a dem.

"Biden told the folks at the Rev Run Jackson memorial that he, Biden, was smarter than them...."---Well, considering those in attendance, it may have been his first truth.
Jackson's son asked there be no politics. Guess what?

If Biden made a joke about being smarter than all the other attendees, and it wasn't a gaff, the joke is only a tick less scathing than if it were a gaff.

If you joke about the white guy being smarter than the all the blacks at a funeral, you've proven you are a dumbshit by any measure.

^^^^^^^^^

What is interesting about the above is that Trump only had nice things to say about Jesse after he died, they were friends in the 80s and 90s. Trump even gave Jackson some office space in Manhattan for his Rainbow Coalition back then. Jesse Jr stated that the three ex-presidents did not know his father. And of course, Jesse despised Obama.

^^^^^^^^^^I think it’s remarkable how many people despise Obama now. Most who have turned on him are of the community with which he chose to identify but did nothing to help…….and they see it. He’s not aging well and the more he opens his pie hole to scold the plebes, the worse he looks.
