I’ve spoken about how much I love the Magpul Bump in previous threads, but today it proved how awesome it is.

I left my iPhone on my roof today as I was leaving a hospital. I realized about 20 minutes later what I did. I drove back to where I was frantically looking around everywhere. I finally found it on the road where I made a sharp turn, around 25mph. As I pulled over to get out, 3 cars ran over it with both tires.

Who knows how many cars ran over it over the 45 minutes it was laying in the street. I walked over expecting a shattered phone, but to my surprise, the phone was just fine. Only the screen protector was jacked up. The Magpul bump case is a glorious thing.

My iphone has fallen on the wood floor a few times in its Magpul case without damage. I’m surprised your phone lived through that ordeal, though.

I still can’t believe it. When I saw it in the road, I was more relieved someone didn’t take it. It being undamaged was a total bonus.

Another satisfied Magpul Case owner here. My clumsy hands have dropped my iPhone on many occasions without a single scratch. Best cellphone case out there IMHO.

Never, ever put something on the roof when loading the car.

Not that I’ve ever done anything like that, mind you. Roll Eyes

I am a true believer of the Magpul i-phone cases. The wife and I have been using them since they first came out. Our phones have been dropped numerous times and survived each time.

I have a Magpul Bump case on my iPhone 6 too and love it. OD green.

It seems like Magpul isn’t making cases for anything past the 8 though? I sure hope they aren’t discontinuing them!

I've had Magpul cases on my last several phones, and I'm quite happy with them.

I'm just disappointed that they stopped offering them in blue for newer models.

I have used Magpul cases on all my phones for several years. This year that abruptly came to a stop when I found out they don't make them for the iPhone X or XS. I have to use a Pelican now, which is probably just as good but it's about 3x more expensive and I like the Magpul better.

I left my wallet on the roof once in college. Never found it and no one ever turned it in.
Pain in the ass cancelling cards and getting new drivers license etc.

Also stuck a handheld gps on the roof at work one time to get a better signal. Drove off....
never found it.

Similar experience here, well maybe not as brutal. Runnning late for a doctor appointment, my cased iPhone 8 must have flipped out of my belt pack. Didn't notice until I'd been waiting some 15 minutes at the doctor's office. Figured it was history, but went outside to look anyways. To my shock it had landed face down on the sidewalk and was still there, with no damage at all. I don't know how many people must have stepped right over it, as it looked like a thrown-away case. I had actually stepped over it myself at first, as the OD color blended with the sidewalk.
