If I understand the commentary correctly, the emphasis on the requirement for due process in the application of such laws could have a significant impact on Colorado’s version which is notably lacking in that protection (IMO, of course). Thanks for the discussion.

I like Mark Smith at Four Boxes Diner but I think he is under estimating how quickly and subjectively all the activist judges are going to pounce in this ruling. We all know that men get falsely accused of DV pretty regularly. All it takes is one vindictive ex who is willing to stick to their story and you are disarmed, possibly permanently depending on the order
