I use a Motorola MX10 radio and am looking for a source for the leather carrying case

anyone have any ideas?

I am thinking about using the case to hold the radio (obviously) but looking at building a mounting platform to permanently mount the case in an airplane and have it pre-wired for the power, antenna and the Garmin audio interface

any pointers greatly appreciated

I deal with a lot of Motorola equipment on a daily basis, but will admit that you've got me stumped.
Never heard of an mx10 radio.
Can you post a picture of it?

I googled "motorola mx10" and did not get any results that appeared to be correct. Not sure though, because I really had no idea what I was looking for.

How about having a local leather-worker make exactly what you want? There must be some in your area; if not, I can give you contacts for the guy near me that ships nation-wide. My email is in profile. But would be better if you could take the unit to the guy so he can fit it perfectly.
