Lindsay Clancy: my opinion may surprise you
The Female Insanity Defense

Talking to women in pink at the Lindsay Clancy trial

Whether Lindsay will spend her remaining days in a mental institution or a federal prison seems irrelevant to me. The real trial is nationwide. A circus of banal evil which has caught millions of normie women in its darkness.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

If Clancey receives "Not guilty by reason of insanity," then under Massachusetts law, further civil commitments after an initial finding of lack of criminal responsibility must be renewed by the court for one-year periods at a time as long as the person remains mentally ill and dangerous. If the state fails to renew as early as 1-year later, she would released to themselves as a free citizen.

The jurors who would allow her to escape punishment for murdering three children should have their own mental fitness scrutinized.

SUIDS is the one where they don't understand the reason for the crib death.

Since the official narrative is that childhood vaccines are safe, when an infant dies suddenly in their crib it cannot possibly be due to the vaccine. If no other cause is obvious, it becomes SIDS. Or the parent is blamed.

I'll save you the ten minutes of listening to this mindless twat. He posted a YouTube video making false accusations against Patrick Clancy and he got served by Patrick Clancy's lawyers to cease and desist. Despite all his excuse-making, he took the video down.

I imagine others who have made similar unsubstantiated allegations have received or will receive the same letter.

Fucking leeches

This is going to be the younger male jury member, with this "like, like" bullshit. Notice how he grudgingly admits that the holdout juror had a right to his vote and his opinion, despite the other jurors browbeating the guy, to the point of intimidation. You can tell, even though he says "...that is our justice system,” he doesn't actually believe this is correct and proper. Roll Eyes

“There was — there was several times would ask him to show us, like, evidence or, you know, describe a witness testimony that helped to prove what he was saying. And — and he couldn’t. There wasn’t a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was, which is why we ultimately sent in that note. Otherwise, like, there’s nothing wrong with somebody having a complete opposite opinion. Like, that’s — you know, that would be a hung jury. That — like, that is our justice system.”

If we accept the notion that women can do unspeakable things and escape the consequences because of psychosis, we are setting ourselves up for rage and regret. This reminds me of the 80s when the case was being made for so called hate speech. I knew that was a dangerous false princple but didn’t have enough life experience to argue against it. Now look. We have full blown woke and cancel culture as well as government induced censorship in the modern day public square.

Anyway, there’s no way to forecast the various ways accepting this lie will bloom into atrocity other than to say past is prologue.

Yes, perhaps it would have been good to realize how horrific the crime was.

I have a limited tolerance for stupidity, and won’t watch videos like that, but the idea is that a murder trial is a game in which one side can’t be too aggressive?

Long ago when I was first learning about the criminal justice system, there were defense objections to allowing color photographs of crime scenes, wounds, etc., because they could “inflame” a jury and make it more likely they would convict for crimes. Now, though, it’s the jury that can object because the prosecution isn’t playing fair—?

Juries are made up of average people and therefore many members will be stupidly irrational as has always been true, but when I learn of things like this it only increases my general feelings of dissatisfaction.

Gee, ya think? It WAS a horrific crime, you twit. In the situation that I will be dealing with soon I hope to God that the Parole Board has access to the crime scene photos, so they can see for themselves the depravity that was inflicted on my cousin.

At the end of the clip, the woman says they were trying to decide whether Clancy knew what she was doing or not. I don’t understand how the morbidity of the crimes would not factor into that process.

I saw last night that her Attorney was trying to pull some kind of slick move that would prevent a new trial. She would walk free. Over and done. Even the people that hate this guy say he's one of the best in the business. I guess we'll see how good he is ...

The Strategy to Prevent a Retrial

Reddington plans to file a motion to dismiss the charges on September 29, 2026. His core arguments center on: No "Manifest Necessity": He contends that the judge did not have a legal "manifest necessity" to declare a mistrial. If a judge stops a trial without strict necessity, double jeopardy rules can prevent the state from trying the defendant again.

Apparently, the pressure within the jury to acquit Clancy happened on day one.
