Now do it to him for exposing that Juror and setting back the process of juror selection 200 years.

Off to the nuthouse with her, or whatever type of place they keep people like this these days. Nurse Ratched awaits.
There were three options that jury could've decided upon: Guilty = mandatory life sentence, 2nd degree murder/manslaughter = 20yr max sentence with parole possibility, or Not guilty due to lack of criminal responsibility (insanity) = go to state institution with constant court medical review with possibility of release.
Most of that jury wanted her committed as that option gave Clancy the best chance of walking (errr rolling) herself out while excusing her actions as a 'medical episode'

I've a feeling that they're moving forward this right now because of that very thing. He didn't do his profession any favors with that bullshit.
Well that's going to put a dent in any planned discussions by The View and the rest of the Clancy supporting sycophants

'oh, I'm gonna have to sit with that for a second...' Gayle's gonna have to check her black-card and see if it's up to date, she thought everyone was the same.

Sadly, I can't say I am surprised by this outcome. The world loves evil and has been trying to make it a "good thing". Murder, to more and more, is now a matter of perspective than a crime, no matter if guilt is found or in this case, admitted. Look at the female democrat running for North Carolina House-Shelly Headen and her statement that some people should be killed because they don't/won't vote a certain way and then even compared herself to Jesus. Jesus would never say that and actually spoke on loving your neighbor but this is what some states/people are turning into. The democratic party only recently pulled support from Headen. It's not only her but look how many people in our government who have been elected already and continue to hold their positions in office but show nothing but hate and disdain for others.
Satan is alive an well and more people are clinging to him and his lies. Only Jesus/God can take us out of where we are going. 11 of the 12 jurors are trying to place blame on the one juror/person who stood up to them and how he doesn't comply with the majority. Says a lot about the state of some in our country and where we are headed.

The urge is to blame 'the system' because nobody wants to be blamed or be assigned responsibility. That vague, faceless, nebulous organization called 'the system' is the target for their ire.

It sounds like the ONE BLACK MAN who held out was willing to accept his responsibility as a juror and hold Lindsay Clancy criminally responsible.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown
