| This sounds more like a browser issue than the OS, maybe try a different browser? All of Chrome, Firefox, and Brave are free to download and use (I'm sure there are many other worthy candidates, but I haven't explored this space in years). |

| As a CPA I have to access many IRS, about 25 State government sites, & the VA for my personal medical. The problem seems to occur on some goverment sites & Lowes. The screen may not appear or may appear partially. Chrome is required on many government sites.

Ctrl+ and Ctrl- for the same effect without the scroll wheel. Also, maybe try F11 for toggling fullscreen?
