You’re in cold weather country, Duluth has a pair that are somewhat compression, and go down to your knees. They’re awesome in cold weather.
Armachillo’s are perfect in warm weather.

While you’re at it, grab a few pairs of socks too.

Well yes, they were indeed cooler, nice and airy.
