We’re going refurb a bathroom vanity. We’ll be replacing the existing drawer slides when we reface the drawer front. This’ll be a buy once effort so the better brands and the attendant pricing will be considered. I have a passing knowledge of brands and will be searching Amazon and some woodworking websites. What brands and suppliers would the more experienced among the Forum recommend? The current slides are rollers at the lower corners of the face frame with a center guide. My wife interested in a soft close version. Thanks for the suggestions! Bill Gullette

Accuride are considered the US Manufacture gold standard. They may also be manufacturing in China, but their premium products remain produced in SoCal https://www.accuride.com/

Accuride are good but not worth the premium price IMO. I use KV Drawer Slides in pretty much everything I build. If you're using them in face frame cabinets you'll also need some of these rear mounting hangers as well to make them work. Terrific product for a very good price. That's what I used in this unit I built for my living room. ![]() ![]() ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. Every man should have several guns. 99% certain that I used KV in my kitchen when I built my cabinets. Not soft close, but I built them 30+ years ago and haven’t worn them out yet. How many sets/drawers do you need?
